Fraud done by flipkart

Dear team

I amit Raval booked a new mobile phone from Flipkart and your delivery date shown 13th till 11 pm but your executive not come to deliver the product also not pick my call requesting to take action against the same executive for his irresponsible behaviour and also he damaged my minds too now want to book a complaint against him and need justification for not delivered order today with apology letter with executive ends..else I do not receive order tomorrow morning cancel from my end

Request you to look Into this matter and close the same on priority
