Agar Flipkart damaged product ka pickup nahi kar raha hai aur replacement provide nahi kar raha hai, toh aap yeh steps follow karein:
- Flipkart Customer Care Se Sampark Karein: Flipkart Help Center
- Order ID aur issue details clearly explain karein.
- App ke Through Complaint File Karein:
- Flipkart app par “My Orders” section mein jaakar “Raise a Complaint” option select karein.
- ** Grievance Officer**:
- Agar Flipkart se samasya solve na ho, toh ** Grievance Officer** se sampark karein:
