Upon delivery, I found that only one piece of the three-piece set was in the package. The delivery personnel did not allow me to inspect the package contents, and since then, I have filed multiple complaints. However, no replacement or refund has been issued.

Additionally, I recently received a message stating that my return with tracking ID FMPR0642882362 has been canceled due to an alleged “quality check” failure, despite nobody coming to collect the product. Repeatedly, my return requests are canceled by the Wishmaster or seller without proper verification or follow-through.

Wishmaster Complaint:

The assigned Wishmaster has refused to pick up the product on four occasions, behaving rudely and stating that he will continue to refuse collection regardless of Flipkart’s procedures. His attitude, including remarks like “no one can take action” against him, has caused unnecessary distress.

Request for Urgent Action:

This unresolved issue is not only fraudulent but has caused immense inconvenience. I kindly request your intervention to process a refund or provide a replacement without further delay and to address the unacceptable conduct of the Wishmaster.
