I have not received the items what I ordered … And even paid for that. Delivery boy called me twice but didn’t delivered and didn’t get any call… even I changed location also to receive items… So please help me

If the order was through an online shopping site, you can check the status and raise a complaint via their customer support. If a courier service was involved, contact their helpline with tracking details. If unresolved, you can escalate the issue to the National Consumer Helpline.
