Missed items from Amazon

I have ordered 2 quantity of

From amazon and received only 1. When I called customer care ,they said they have sent 2 quantity and can’t do

anything. but I received only 1 item out of 2

As per your concern, you only received one item when you ordered two. Since Amazon customer service has not resolved your complaint, you can file a consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
