If you have complaints about the rejection of your returned product by Amazon or its seller even after adhering to the return policy regarding pickup, follow these instructions to raise your complaint:
- First, contact Amazon’s customer service team (amazon.in) to explain the situation. With your order details, ask them to honour their return policy, including the pickup timeframe. Give Amazon a specific timeframe (e.g., 24-48 hours) to resolve the issue.
In India, you can also escalate your complaint with the grievance officer of Amazon by emailing grievance-officer@amazon.in.

- If the issue isn’t resolved within your deadline, file an informal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). They can assist you in resolving the matter with Amazon.
