PhonePe Helplines:

- Email: Send an email to merchant-desk@phonepe.com for merchant issues.
If you have complaints related to corrupt or unethical practices by employees, call at toll-free number 18001021482 or email ethics@phonepe.com.
Steps to File an Online Complaint:
- Visit the PhonePe’s official website (phonepe.com/). You can also Log into the PhonePe app and click contact support to chat with an executive.
- Navigate to “Contact Us” page.
- Click “Get Help” from “Customer Support” section or “Send a Message” from “Merchant Support” section.
- Fill out the online complaint form including transaction ID and screenshot (if any)
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference or ticket number to track status. For the UPI disputes and issues, the complaints will be resolved by the NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India).
Escalation to Nodal Office:
If your complaints are not resolved by customer support team, escalate it to the Nodal Officer by emailing or submitting an online grievance form with your previous ticket number.
