Where to file UPI payment complaints of Google Pay?

To file a complaint about UPI payments and business services of Google Pay including issues related to Google Wallet, payment gateways, local business transaction services (Merchant), and other financial services (paying of bills for recharge, tickets, flights, buses, trains, etc. ), you can follow these steps and use the provided contact details:

Google Pay Customer Support:

Steps to file an online complaint:

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. For issues related to GPay business, submit your concerns through “Google Pay for Online Business Help” form. You can also use the “Customer Support” option provided in the payment status of the app.

Escalation to Grievance Officer:

If your issue is not resolved, escalate it to the Grievance Officer at Google Pay India. Provide the reference/ticket number or acknowledgment receipt of the previous complaint and explain why you are dissatisfied with the resolution.
