File an Online Complaint to Bharat BillPay:

First, file your billing or payment-related complaints to your payment channels such as Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or other platforms/banks.

If your issue isn’t resolved within 7 days, escalate it to the Customer Support Department of Bharat BillPay with the reference ID from your initial complaint. Follow these steps to make your complaint online:

  • Visit BBPS’s official website (bharatbillpay.com).
  • Navigate to “Support” section from the menu.
  • From complaints section, click “Raise a complaint” to open the online complaint form.
  • Fill out the form including type of complaint, transaction reference ID, name of bank or payment outlet, and description of the issue.
  • Upload transaction screenshot
  • Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by Bharat Bill Pay related to failed UPI transactions, you may escalate the complaint to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) with reference ID.
