My payment done by UPI but not done any order please refund My payment.

If your UPI payment of ₹860 was deducted but no order was placed on Blinkit, follow these steps:

  1. Check Order History: Log in to your Blinkit account and verify if the order was recorded under “My Orders.”
  2. Contact Blinkit Support: Reach out via their in-app chat support or email with transaction details and a screenshot.
  3. Raise a Dispute with Bank/UPI App: If Blinkit doesn’t respond, contact SBI customer support ( (18001234) or raise a dispute through your UPI app.

I ordered some item in blinkit on 11 july 2025. I made the payment through my credit card but after I approved the transaction through my credit card the transaction got failed and after sometime I saw that the money was also approved and got deducted from my credit card. So it’s been a one week haven’t received the payment on my credit card, how to lodge a complaint.

For your failed Blinkit order on 11 July where the amount was deducted but not refunded, first contact Blinkit customer care via the in-app support chat or email them with your order ID and payment details. Also, report the issue to your credit card provider’s customer service and raise a dispute for failed transaction reversal.

If the refund doesn’t reflect within 7 working days, contact your respective credit card company and escalate via the RBI CMS portal.
