Refund for an order on Blinkit

I placed an order on Blinkit, Kolkata after making payment through Paytm. The company informed me that payment failed. I paid through GPay again for the same order. Upon receiving the order, another delivery reached my home after few minutes which I returned. I made a request to the company for refund through WhatsApp but it was not registered. No customer care service contact of Blinkit is available in their website. I am a senior citizen with a limited income. I shall be thankful if the amount for one order is refunded to me by Blinkit.

To resolve the duplicate payment issue on Blinkit Kolkata, email them at info@blinkit.com with full details (order ID, both payment methods, date/time). Since WhatsApp support didn’t register your complaint, also submit a refund request via the Blinkit app under Help > Order Issues. If no resolution within 7 days, file a grievance at National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with proof of payment and communication.
