failed transaction shown in blinkit but amount has been debited from my account

Today made a payment of 661 through gpay, the amount has been debited from my account but shows failed transaction in blinkit . when i asked my bank they say i need to contact merchant but in web no contact number or customer support available. my hard-earned money has been lost

For your failed Blinkit transaction of ₹661 via GPay, first raise a complaint through Blinkit’s Help section in the app under “Orders > Need Help?” and mention the payment ID and date. You can also email them at info@blinkit.com. Since your bank confirms the debit, request a transaction reversal from Blinkit. If unresolved within 7 days, escalate the issue via the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000.
