Hello I had order Front Load machine powder but they delivered top load. And now they refused to refund. Accidently opened the one packet of 2 kg so they told not able to refund. I told them to reduce the amount of 2 kg and return the remaining amount. But no support.

You may email your concern to Blinkit at info@blinkit.com with the order id and other details. If not resolved, you can escalate the matter to the appointed Grievance Officer by following these instructions.
