Unable to Receive Payments via UPI on My Mobile Number

I am unable to receive payments to my UPI ID, even for amounts above ₹200, from platforms such as Paytm and Google Pay, as well as from any bank account linked to this mobile number. I am still able to make payments successfully using the same UPI ID and mobile number.

If you’re unable to receive payments via your UPI ID despite being able to send money, the issue may be with your UPI receiving permissions or bank linkage. Please contact your bank’s customer care to verify your UPI setup and ensure your mobile number is correctly linked. Also, check if the UPI ID is active for receiving on apps like Google Pay and Paytm by going to app settings > UPI IDs.

First, check that your mobile number is active on the Paytm, GooglePay, or on any other UPI platform to receive the payment through the mobile number. If still facing problems with payment transaction, please contact your bank to report this issue.
