Hygiene issue in School toilet

How to log a complaint if school is not maintaining hygiene in toilet. I believe lot of schools in our area not maintaining basic requirements of toilets and bus faciltiy. Should I compliaint directly school official or any other government officals to looks into these? And the givernment official not checking these basisc requirements on regular basis while issuing permission certificate?

To address unhygienic toilets and poor bus facilities at your school, first send a written complaint to the Principal and the School Management Committee with photos and dates. If you don’t receive a resolution within one week, escalate to your Block/District Education Officer under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan through the state grievance portal.

You can also file a grievance through your State Education Department’s online portal or invoke your Right to Education grievance mechanism. For ongoing neglect, approach the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights or your local municipal health inspector.

Hello Sir/Madam

I’m happy to visit school and picture of toilets. But I’m very scared on my kids education. It might impact my kid if they get to know me. So wanted to handle very confidencially. I believe every parent little worry to complaints trasparently.

I planned a send a letter to school without revealing myself. I will wait for a week time. If not will come back here and provide more details of school. But my only concern is that why government are not monitoring these? We are talking about too much about health abd hygiene how school kids can manage these?

Recently I heard school buses are overloaded in udupi and some these are caught by udupi police. This was highlighted in news and later no one spoke about this.

Please let me know the email id or address whoom I can contact directly to raise a complaint with the above officails you have mentioned . Or please let me if you can act on my behalf.

Dear @Mahesh_Devadiga You can lodge a public grievance with the Block/District Education Officer under the State Education Department through the Janaspandana IPGRS portal (ipgrs.karnataka.gov.in) of the government of Karnataka.
