If Excel Instyn Pvt. Ltd. has not paid your salary for 2 months and the contact person Mr. Mohana Krishna is not responding, follow these steps:

  1. Send a Formal Email – Write to the company’s HR or management demanding your pending salary.
  2. File a Labour Complaint – Approach the Labour Commissioner’s Office in your city or file a complaint on grievance portal of your state government.
  3. Legal Action – If ignored, send a legal notice through a lawyer or file a case in the Labour Court.
