Podar preschool in bharuch recruits its staff by asking to give a deposit amount (one full salary)which is deducted from salary in the first 4 months.
They pay back if an employee fulfills its 90 days resignation notice period. I have all documents required to prove.
I worked there for 1 year put resignation and followed notice period yet they did not give it to me. I was a part of management yet they did to me. How to go ahead so that i get my one salary??

To resolve this issue regarding non-payment of your salary by the private school, you can file a formal complaint against the private school to the labour department of Bharuch district through the public grievance portals of your state.
For this, you can use the "Gujarat CMO - Samadhan Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS)” portal of the government of Gujarat.
