Highly disappointed about Kandy railway station. They didn’t give passengers balances in proper way. For 3rd class ticket they charge fee of 2nd class from us and issue 3rd class tickets. When we realized it and try to fixed rhey comeup with so many lies. Please do investigation about Kandy railway station ticket counters.
