How to complaint about Karnataka Government bus driver and Conductor

To file a formal complaint against the KSRTC bus driver and conductor, you can contact the Divisional Manager or the Bus Depot Office of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC).

You can call the passenger helpline number at 08049596666 / 7760990034 or email at ksrtc@ksrtc.org / ctmopn@ksrtc.org.

When making your complaint, provide:

  • The date and time of the incident
  • The bus route and number
  • A detailed description of the incident
  • Your contact information.

Today date 17.11.2024 at mid night just on small incidents of window seat and i have opened the window and just very little amount amd another passenger is friend or relative of a bus conductor so he is supporting them who disturbed whole bus at night and he came and informed to us that i have to close the window such a injustice he gave to us and here in the work place only matters of passengers or travellers so he irrespectively behave with me so really this should be continue i request very injustice matter happened at night
