On the bus route from Majestic to Hassan on August 24, 2024, the conductor refused to let us occupy the empty seats, instead ordering us … We had to change seats due to the sunlight.Rude behaviour because we are from different state.

If a conductor treats passengers this way, based on their origin, you should file a formal complaint with the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) by calling their helpline number 08049596666 or emailing your concern at crbcd@ksrtc.org / ksrtc@ksrtc.org. Be sure to include all the details of the incident, including the date, time, bus number/route, and the conductor’s name (if you know it). These details can be found on your bus ticket.
