Ksrtc conductor bad language and not giving castmar change

Continuing the discussion from Where can I complain about bus services of KSRTC (Karnataka Roadways)?:

Am traveling in today kartc chanrayapattana to Bangalore conductor is bad biver and not giving change in castmarer is very bad conductor the bus number ka18-f1031 is very bad experience in ksrtc bus in my family also

Have you lodged your complaint with KSRTC by calling at KSRTC’s passenger helpline number at 08049596666 (call center)?

You can also send your complaint via email to ksrtc@ksrtc.org with details of the bus and conductor.
