I was coming from Chavakkad to Ponnani in a KSRTC bus at 10pm- 16/07/2025 . Meanwhile, the lady conductor in the KSRTC bus misbehaved with me and made me get off the bus because i took the ticket for chavakkad to veliancode so that night raining heavily and I was traveling alone, so I asked the conductor to stop the bus about 200 meters away from my bus stop,
But the conductor told me that your ticket is only valid for this bustop, so she forced me to get off here and dropped me off there.
It was 10:30 PM when I was dropped off there.
I immediately called the KSRTC Ponnani depot to complaint about the incident and asked for the bus number and conductor details, but they did not give me the correct details, so I am sending this mail.
I am attaching the ticket details of the bus I took with the email.
To report the misconduct by the KSRTC conductor on your July 16 journey from Chavakkad to Ponnani, send a formal complaint with your ticket details to KSRTC at awatar@ksrtc.org and contact their helpline at 08049596666. Clearly mention the time, route, and depot (Ponnani) and request an investigation into the forced drop-off incident.
If no response is received, escalate the issue to the Kerala Transport Commissioner’s office.
