If your mobile is theft, you should instantly block and list for tracking the lost mobile by visiting the Central Equipment Identity Register (ceir.gov.in) portal.
Visit the CEIR website and follow the instructions to report your phone as lost or stolen. You will need the IMEI number.
Along with this, I suggest you file an FIR or police complaint about the stolen smartphone/mobile at the local police station with all relevant details about the theft, including the phone’s make, model, and IMEI number.
To lodge an e-FIR, search “CCTNS Citizen Portal” of your state police. To help with filing an e-FIR, please share your district/locality and incident place name with us.
