I had lost my mobile while I was traveling in a bus I think someone got it and they switched off my mobile so that I am not able to find it , I have box and bill of my mobile I’m attaching those details here.
Dear @bharath
You can follow these instructions to report the lost mobile and also contact the bus operator to check the bus for the lost mobile phone.
To report the mobile theft, block the lost mobile by visiting the Central Equipment Identity Register (ceir.gov.in) portal.
How to report: Visit the CEIR website and follow the instructions to report your phone as lost or stolen. You will need the IMEI number.
Along with this, I suggest that you should visit your local police station and file a First Information Report (FIR) about the stolen smartphone/mobile. Be sure to provide all relevant details about the theft, including the phone’s make, model, and IMEI number.
You can also search for your state’s police website and look for a “CCTNS Citizen Portal” or similar. This can save you a trip to the station.
Provide Locality & District:
To help with filing an e-FIR, please share your district/locality name.
Please note that reporting to CEIR helps block the phone from being used, but it doesn’t guarantee recovery.
