I have lost my phone at KSRTC bus from Mulbagal to KGF road now I want to file the complaint online

Please understand my problem please I have no father our family is very poor, my mother had brought a new Redmi 13c 5g Mobile. But​:anxious_face_with_sweat: someone had stolen my phone at KSRTC Bus that is from Mulbagal to KGF road.I have decided to report the police complaint but my mother told don’t want to go for police station you are small so don’t go my mother told. Then I decided to register the complaint in online. Please recover my phone

We’re sorry to hear about your loss. To report the stolen Redmi 13C 5G, please visit the Central Equipment Identity Register (ceir.gov.in) portal to block the phone using the IMEI number. This can help prevent misuse and aid recovery. You can also file an online police complaint via your state’s police website or at the local police station.

Online Complaint Registration:

Visit the official KSRTC website (ksrtc.karnataka.gov.in) of Karnataka Roadways and navigate to the ‘Complaints’ section to lodge your complaint online. Fill in the required details and submit.

In case of online booking, visit the “Bus Ticket Booking - KSRTC (ksrtc.in)” portal and navigate to “CRM Support”, then tap “New Support Ticket” to lodge your complaint.

Escalation to Divisional Controller:

If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily, you can escalate it to higher authorities. Contact the Divisional Controller of the respective division or write to the Managing Director at KSRTC’s head office.
