To address the refusal of your daughter’s admission under the Free Education scheme at Sri Patibandla Sitaramaiah High School, submit a written application to the principal citing your entitlement under the RTE Act.
If they remain unresponsive within 7 days, escalate the matter in writing to the District Education Officer (DEO), copying the District Collector. You can also lodge a formal grievance on the Andhra Pradesh RTE portal or with the State RTE Monitoring Committee.
You can also use the state public grievance portal to lodge a complaint against the school with the State Education Department.
