To lodge a complaint about the blackmail by “Anjali Rathore” on WhatsApp, first report and block her: open the chat, tap her name, select Report > Block. Export and save all evidence - screenshots, video call recordings, chat logs. Next, file an FIR at your nearest police station under IPC Sections 384 (extortion), 385 (putting person in fear) and IT Act Section 66D (cyber fraud).

Then register the case on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in) or call 1930. Inform family/friends for support.
