Beware! Fake Traffic Challan Scam Alert

I wanted to share something that happened to me today to warn others in our community. I received this text message claiming to be from the Delhi Traffic Police about a traffic challan.
The message (from sender ID “AD-DELTRF-S”) listed a challan and vehicle number and said it was being sent to a virtual court. It promised a future message with a link to pay online.
The immediate red flag for me was the vehicle number, DL1TA1088, which is not mine. This is a clear phishing attempt to scare people into clicking a malicious link and stealing their money or personal information.

What should I do now to report this online scam?
