You should visit the school principal with your parents and submit a written request to issue the admit card, explaining your situation. Mention that withholding an admit card violates your right to appear for exams, especially if the exams are conducted under a recognized education board (like CBSE or MP State Board).

Further, file a complaint with the District Education Officer (DEO) of your district. They have the authority to intervene and instruct the school to issue your admit card.
