My school not giving my admit card because I have not paid the fee but I request to give but the denied my request and said that they will only give admit card if fee is paid only 1 days is left iam from mp.
Dear @Varun_Sharma Ji,
As per your case, your school is withholding your admit card due to non-payment of fees, and they have denied your request to issue it unless the fee is cleared. With only one day left, this is a serious concern as denial of an admit card directly affects your right to education. According to Article 21A of the Constitution of India, every child has a right to education, and educational institutions cannot deny a student from appearing in exams for non-payment of fees.
You should visit the school principal with your parents and submit a written request to issue the admit card, explaining your situation. Mention that withholding an admit card violates your right to appear for exams, especially if the exams are conducted under a recognized education board (like CBSE or MP State Board).
Further, file a complaint with the District Education Officer (DEO) of your district. They have the authority to intervene and instruct the school to issue your admit card. For this, you can lodge a public grievance through the state grievance portal (MP CM Helpline). For more information, read this: How can you file complaints about government offices to CM Helpline of Madhya Pradesh (MP)?
The Right to Education Act, 2009 ensures that no student can be denied access to examination due to non-payment of fees. Courts have ruled that schools cannot withhold admit cards for financial reasons, as it can jeopardize a student’s future.
If your school is affiliated with CBSE, contact the regional CBSE office (cbse.gov.in) for immediate intervention. Contact details of the CBSE Bhopal Regional Office:
