To secure your daughter’s TC and Leaving Certificate, send Sri Prakash Synergy School a formal legal notice via registered post demanding issuance within 7 days, attaching your DV case order and fee receipts. Then, file a grievance under the RTE Act with the District Education Officer in Kakinada for wrongful denial of certificates.
Additionally, lodge a public grievance to the Department of Education of the state government through the state public grievance portal of AP.
You can also approach the AP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights or the Maharashtra Women’s Commission for interim relief. If still no resolution, file a police complaint for obstruction of education.
