To complete your SSC CGL application and enable payment:

  1. Log in at the SSC CGL portal, go to “Candidate’s Profile → Application Status” to confirm your OBC declaration and certificate upload have been accepted (verification can take up to 72 hours).
  2. After approval, the “Make Payment” option appears under “Payment/Submit.”
  3. If you still don’t see it after 72 hours, email SSC Candidate Care at helpdesk-ssc@ssc.nic.in or call +911124368090 (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–5 PM) with your Registration ID.
  4. You may also file a grievance via SSC’s Online Grievance Portal.
