Dear @SABARISH2003 Ji,

You were unable to attend your SSC exam on February 5, 2025, because you received your admit card just 30 minutes before the exam, and your exam center was 70 km away from your home in Sreekrishnapuram, Palakkad. You are requesting a rescheduled exam date or re-exam opportunity since you have studied hard and dream of securing the uniform.

Steps to Take for SSC Re-exam Request:

Since SSC exams are conducted under strict guidelines, re-exams are generally not allowed unless there was an official error from SSC’s side. However, you can still take the following steps:

1. File an Official Complaint to SSC

  • Visit the official SSC South Region website: https://sscsr.gov.in/
  • Go to the Grievance Section or Candidate Query portal.
  • Write a complaint explaining:
    • Your registration number (10018226533)
    • Date and time you received the admit card.
    • Your exam center distance (70 km away)
    • Request for a rescheduled exam due to administrative failure.

2. Send a Written Representation via Email & Post

  • Email SSC Helpdesk: Send a formal email to the SSC regional office responsible for your state (Kerala falls under SSC Southern Region).
  • Physical Letter: Send a Speed Post/Registered Letter to SSC Southern Region Office:
    • **Regional Director (Southern Region), Staff Selection Commission (Southern Region), 2nd Floor, EVK Sampath Building, DPI Campus, College Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600006
      :e-mail: sscsr.tn@nic.in
      :telephone_receiver: 044-28275568

3. Contact SSC Helpline

You should Call SSC regional office (Southern Region) at 044-2825 1139 or helpline number 044-28275568 / +919445195946 and explain your issue. You can also ask if any re-exam options exist due to admit card delays.

For more information, read: Where to file complaints about recruitment examinations of Staff Selection Commission (SSC)?

4. Raise a Grievance on CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance System)

You can also visit the CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in/) and file a complaint under SSC category. Explain that due to an administrative delay, you were unfairly denied the chance to write the exam.

If still need help, reply to us.
