Steps to Take for SSC Re-exam Request:

Since SSC exams are conducted under strict guidelines, re-exams are generally not allowed unless there was an official error from SSC’s side. However, you can still take the following steps:

1. File an Official Complaint to SSC

  • Visit the official SSC South Region website: https://sscsr.gov.in/
  • Go to the Grievance Section or Candidate Query portal.
  • Write a complaint explaining:
    • Your registration number (10018226533)
    • Date and time you received the admit card.
    • Your exam center distance (70 km away)
    • Request for a rescheduled exam due to administrative failure.

2. Send a Written Representation via Email & Post

  • Email SSC Helpdesk: Send a formal email to the SSC regional office responsible for your state (Kerala falls under SSC Southern Region).
  • Physical Letter: Send a Speed Post/Registered Letter to SSC Southern Region Office:

4. Raise a Grievance on CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance System)

You can also visit the CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in/) and file a complaint under SSC category. Explain that due to an administrative delay, you were unfairly denied the chance to write the exam.
