Provide exact location details for quicker action. If the issue persists, escalate through the local ward office. Further, you can lodge an online complaint through the Jansunwai portal.
Steps to file an online complaint:
Visit the Jansunwai UP (Samadhan) Portal (jansunwai.up.nic.in) .
Click the “Register an online complaint ” option and Enter the Mobile number and captcha to verify with OTP.
Open the online complaint form.
Fill in the following details in the form:
Group/Collective complaint Personal Details
Type of Reference/Grievance (complaint, demand, suggestions, or other)
Department with complaint category
Provide detailed information about the issue or complaint.
Provide the location including rural/urban region, district, tahsil/block, village/ward, etc.
Enter the reference and description of old references, if you have any reference number of the previous unresolved complaint.
Upload the application and related documents (maximum 500 KB).
Submit the form and click on the save complaint/reference button.
Finally, note down the complaint reference number to track the status of your complaint. For any technical issues, email to jansunwai-up@gov.in .
Note : If your complaints are not resolved or you are dissatisfied with final response of the officials, submit the online feedback (jansunwai.up.nic.in) form on Jansunwai portal with previous reference number.
