File an Online Complaint:

• Online Portal: Visit the official TSRTC website at www.tsrtc.telangana.gov.in and login to your account.
• Support: Click the “Feedback & Suggestions ” or “Contact Us” section to open the online complaint form.
• Fill out the Complaint Form: Provide all the necessary details in the online complaint form, including your contact information and the specifics of your complaint such as bus number, ticket ID (PNR), driver details, delayed bus, or quality of services.
• Submit the Form: Review the information and submit the form. You should receive a confirmation and a complaint reference number.

Make sure to include:

• Details of the incident: Date, time, location, bus number, and your observations.
• Your suggestions for improvement: Requesting an additional bus, starting the service earlier, etc.
• Any relevant evidence: Screenshots, photos, etc.

If still not resolved, lodge an online public grievance to the Department of Transport through the state public grievance portal.
