Request to Restore AC Bus Frequency from Bachupally to Waverock

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the reduced frequency of AC buses operating between Bachupally and Waverock. Until recently, these buses were running at regular intervals of every 15 minutes, which was extremely convenient for daily commuters. However, over the past few days, I’ve noticed a significant drop in the number of buses on this route.

This reduction has caused considerable inconvenience, as many commuters are struggling to reach their workplaces on time.

I also reached out to the helpline for clarity, but unfortunately, the responses have been unsatisfactory and, in some cases, misleading. Several sources have mentioned that a majority of these buses are being diverted for use by Gitam University. This has left a large number of regular commuters stranded, with limited options for travel. It is becoming a recurring issue, reportedly happening every week.

While supporting educational institutions is important, it is equally essential to ensure that regular public transport services remain uninterrupted for the general public.

I kindly urge you to look into this issue and take the necessary steps to restore the earlier frequency of AC buses on this route. Your support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention and continued service.
