In ordinary bus, having with capacity about 50 to 60 passengers but maximum number of buses travelling with capacity above 100. This is very dangerous to the passengers as well as management of road transportation of Telangana. So, please take the serious action on this situation. The solution which your taking that should impact on each and every buses of TSRTC . It will help to the drivers and conductors and as well as passengers also.

- Report the issue to TSRTC: You can call them at +914069440000 or 04023450033. or use their official grievance portal for a quick response.
- Escalate to CMO Portal: If the issue is not resolved, consider filing a complaint on the CMO Telangana Portal under the transport department.
Here are the steps to file a complaint through the CMO Telangana Prajavani portal:
- Visit the Prajavani portal: Go to https://cpgrams.ts.nic.in/.
- Lodge a grievance: Click on the “Lodge Grievance” tab or use this link: Lodge Grievance.
- Fill out the form: Enter the required details in the grievance form.
- Set a password (optional): If you want a password for your grievance, select “Yes” for “Do You Want a Password for this Grievance?”
- Upload supporting documents: Attach any relevant documents in .pdf or .jpg format, up to 1MB.
- Enter the Captcha: Type the Captcha shown on the form.
- Submit the grievance: Click “Submit” to register your complaint.
- Note down the reference number: Keep the registration/acknowledgement number for future reference.
