Aap pehle online FIR darj karen aur police se karvahi ki pratiksha karein. Agar koi action nahi liya jata, to aap UP CMO Grievance Portal par apni complaint darj kar sakte hain. Agar wahan se bhi koi sahayata nahi milti, tab aap National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) me apni shikayat prastut karen. Har step pr aapko complaint ka reference number sambhal ke rakhna chahiye.
Steps to file an online police complaint or e-FIR:
Visit UP Police’s official website (uppolice.gov.in)
Navigate to “Citizen Services” section of the menu.
Click “Complaint Registration or e-FIR ” to open the CCTNS citizen portal.
Login or register yourself as a citizen.
After successfully logging in, select complaint or e-FIR to open the online complaint form.
Fill out the form with required details including:
Your name, address, contact information.
Accused details (if known)
Date, time, location, and a detailed description of the incident.
If available, provide supporting documents such as photos, videos, or other evidence.
Submit the forum.
Steps to file an online complaint:
Visit the Jansunwai UP (Samadhan) Portal (jansunwai.up.nic.in) .
Click the “Register an online complaint ” option and Enter the Mobile number and captcha to verify with OTP.
Open the online complaint form.
Fill in the following details in the form:
Group/Collective complaint Personal Details
Type of Reference/Grievance (complaint, demand, suggestions, or other)
Department with complaint category
Provide detailed information about the issue or complaint.
Provide the location including rural/urban region, district, tahsil/block, village/ward, etc.
Enter the reference and description of old references, if you have any reference number of the previous unresolved complaint.
Upload the application and related documents (maximum 500 KB).
Submit the form and click on the save complaint/reference button.
To file a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), follow these steps:
Visit the NHRC complaint portal: NHRC Web Complaint .
Click on File Complaint and fill in the required details such as personal information, incident details, and supporting evidence.
Upload any documents or evidence related to your complaint.
After submitting, you will receive an acknowledgment and reference number for tracking.
