To address the conductor’s refusal to pick up passengers from Morinda on bus PB65BB5346 (Chandigarh–Ludhiana), note the date, time and conductor’s name. Then contact Punjab Roadways customer care at 01141187700 or call the Ludhiana depot at 01612447015 to register your complaint.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• From homepage, click “Complaints” to open the online complaint form. You can also login to your ticket booking account.
• Fill out the required details including bus number, ticket ID (PNR), bus route, description of the issue, and othe bus details.
• Attach supporting documents or photos of buses, if required.
• Submit the form

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status of your complaint. You can also use the mobile app or online ticket booking website (punbusonline.com) of the Punjab Roadways to get access of e-ticketing services or lodging a bus complaint.

Alternatively, submit an online complaint via the Punjab Transport Department portal. If unresolved, escalate to the Additional Chief Secretary (Transport) at 01722704679).
