On 24.01.2025 I travel from Dharmatala to Bajkul in WBTC Bus having no 2825 my sit no 49 at 3.15 pm and beside me sit no 48 my complaint is that we don’t sit comfortably so much melodorous from back of the sit we already complain conductor and one employee who already in bus but they don’t co operate with us. So we want cleaning and all type of service before bus out from depot
