Submit a request for a bill correction through the portal, providing details about the discrepancies you’ve observed (e.g., the significant increase between December 13, 2024, and January 13, 2025).

Visit your Nearest Power Sub-station: Visit the nearest power sub-station in Muzaffarnagar. Please take a recent video recording clearly showing your electricity meter reading with you as proof. This will assist them in verifying your meter reading and correcting your bill.
