Bus conductor behavior was very bad in roadways bus

Bus conductor behavior was very bad in roadways bus I want to go on local area but he refuse to take adhar card nd abuses with me if adhar is not allowed in local area he can says this politely but this is very wrong by the conductor he can take the fare for to local area nd leave the passenger to theirs location. Please humble request to take strict action for that conductor.
