Dear @lakshmana_p,

Thank you for providing detailed information about the incident. Here’s how you can proceed to address this issue:

  1. File a Police Complaint: Visit your nearest police station and lodge a formal complaint against the RTC bus driver (Bus No: TS08UB5533) and the contractor for the damage caused to your car (TS07EJ6710). Provide all details, including the incident at LB Nagar signal, driver negligence, and the contractor’s response.
  2. Contact TSRTC: Reach out to TSRTC’s customer support or grievance cell at +914069440000 or 04023450033. Report the negligence of the driver and the contractor’s failure to address your claim.
  1. Consider Legal Assistance: If the contractor or TSRTC does not resolve the issue, consult a lawyer to explore legal options to recover the ₹11,000 repair cost.
  2. Prajavani Telangana Portal: File a grievance at the Telangana government’s Prajavani portal to highlight the negligence and seek resolution.

Following these steps should help resolve the matter. Let me know if you need more guidance.
