To resolve your pending FC renewal and RC transfer, first send the RTO agent a formal written notice (email or registered post) demanding refund of ₹15,000 within 7 days, attaching your payment proof and agreement. Next, lodge a grievance at your local RTO office’s consumer help desk or online transport portal with all documentation.
You can also lodge a public grievance through the state public grievance portal.
If the agent still refuses, file a complaint with your State Consumer Helpline or in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for recovery and damages.
