I am writing this email with a very bad experience from “Tafe Access Limited” mount road branch, Chennai.
I paid initial amount of 10K as advance on 26th Feb and they assured me to give the car delivery on or before 10th Mar.
Even after multiple follow up there was not much proper response after 10th Mar.
On 7th Apr they called be and mentioned that the car got allotted. They asked me make full payment.
I made the full payment of the car on the same day.
Tata curve reached the showroom on 14th Apr. I signed the RTO form on 15th.
Till now they haven’t hand over the car to me. When I checked with them, they say it will take another 10days.
Really wonder why for RTO are taking more than 18days. No RTO will take 18 days. These guys are lying.
Such a worst service I had ever faced. No respect for the customer in that showroom.
