I am quite dissatisfied with your TVS application and cashback procedure. I bought the TVS I qube EV (Professionl TVS showroom near by koregaon park ) on the morning of the 12th, and I was told that the cashback would be sent to my account on the same day. However, it has been 6 days as of today. I have not yet received my cash back. They said wait three more days when I called the TVS IQube customer service number. If it is explicitly stated that you will receive your money back in two to four days, Why I’ll wait. Three more days was too long for me to wait. Please investigate this issue, or I will contact higher authorities, please immediately refund the cashback.
