bad experience with TATA MOTORS

I purchased a Tata Tiago XT CNG Model (Registration No. GJ05RY1949) from your authorized dealer Shreeji Tata Motors, Pal-Adajan, Surat, Gujarat on 24/08/2024. At the time of purchase this issue was started slowly And now it become a major issue within only 11 months.

Unfortunately, within just 11 months of purchase, I have been facing a major issue with the car. Water gets accumulated inside the chassis below all four doors and also during driving a loud disturbing accumulated water noise comes in the cabin. Due to this issue rusting has already started inside the chassis. As per your workshop head authorized service executive Person’s advice this is such water accumulation should not happen in this area. But still they don’t cure it and give me my car without cure the solution.

In the last 20 days, I visited your Palanpore Service Center 3 times. But all times they only lifted the car on a jack and drained out the water with air and handed it back without giving any permanent solution. This is serious issue in my car may be they intentionally hand over the defective car to for me or may be it would be manufacturing defect. But they don’t not take it as a serious issue because it is their side problem and may be they don’t want to accept their mistake or avoid facing and curing this problem. I don’t know exact where this mistake or problem happened but I want permanent solution of this unacceptable issue.

Because of this issue:

Ø My car’s original condition is spoiled like an old scrap vehicle.

Ø Wiring, seats, carpet, and fittings have been removed badly

Ø Chemicals have been applied everywhere.

Ø Scratches and rusting are clearly visible.

In the last 20 days, continuous forcefully water throw on my car has made the condition worse with heavy rusting. This is my First car from Great Brand TATA MOTORS and this is big part of my hard savings.

This is not my first issue with Tata Motors:

At the time of purchase 24 08 2024, I was charged ₹7,434/- for under-body and inner-body coating, but the car was delivered without coating. After I raised the complaint, your higher authority got involved, and later the coating was done at Palanpore workshop. This was also a very poor and fraudulent experience even during sales. I had also a bad experience with your sales person

Sir/Madam, I trusted Tata Motors. Tata means trust, but in my case, I only received suffering, mental stress, and depression. During monsoon I am also suffering badly without my car.

My Stand:

I do not want this faulty car back in its defective old condition. This car is just 11 months old and no owner would ever want such a vehicle in this state. I have already purchased 3 Tata cars in my family the last one year, but now I feel this has been my biggest mistake.

I request you to take immediate action personally regarding the brand value of BHARATRATNA SHREE RATAN TATA’s TATA MOTOR. Immediately provide me authentic & genuine fair resolution. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and through consumer forums against all responsible persons including GM of TATA MOTORS SERVICE Center.

Clearly mention your request for a permanent resolution or replacement, citing the possibility of a manufacturing defect.

Ask for an official written inspection report and timeline for resolution. If you don’t receive a fair response, you may file a formal grievance through the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or lodge an online complaint for legal escalation.
