I was cheated by a loan agent he was stolen my 5000 rupees for approval of that loan how should I file a complaint on him

If the loan cheating occurred online, you can call 1930 or file an online complaint with the cyber police through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

To lodge a complaint against the loan provider company, you can contact the Banking Ombudsman of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

If the agent cheated during a meeting, you can file a police complaint at your local police station or online through the citizen service portal of the state police.
