I’m Ganeshkumar, from J Gutta,{ when he is in the problem } last year i gave rs.17600 to Ramadugu Srihari, and he was suddenly absconded from the city, i tried to contacted to him lots of time, but he did not respond to any calls or messages, and while I’m calling in july 31st, he answered my call, and he said he’ll give the money on August 10th, but not given any amount, still daily I’m calling to his number he didn’t answer my calls.

Given that Srihari has made promises and not kept them, and is now not even responding to your calls, it’s time to take more serious action.
You can file a police complaint to put pressure on Srihari which may lead to him returning your money. For this, you may follow these instructions:
