Complaint against Abhyudaya Bank staff at Nerul branch near Station in New Mumbai

I visited the branch to register my mother’s mobile number, but the two lady staff members behaved rudely and made fun of me. They did not complete the task and asked me to come back later. I had to visit the branch multiple times, but they did not provide proper service. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I request you to take necessary action against the staff members and provide better training to them to handle customer queries and issues

If you have faced rude and unprofessional behaviour from staff of the Abhyudaya Bank branch, file a formal complaint with the bank’s customer service department (abhyudayabank.co.in), outlining the specific incidents and the names of the staff members involved.

To raise your concern, call the bank’s customer support at 1800223131 / +912224115047 or email secretarial@abhyudayabank.net.

If you don’t see any action taken within 30 days, lodge your complaint against the bank with the Banking Ombudsman of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
